This membership gives you access to our Metabolic Conditioning Program – “Sweat” is 45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, using free weights, body weight, and stationary cardio equipment. This class is full body conditioning, designed to increase strength while focusing on cardiovascular efficiency and endurance. Members are also eligible to participate in Running Club.
